Telehealth

Telehealth allows the counseling process to occur on your computer, tablet, or phone. Care must be taken that it remains covered by your health insurance (unless you self-pay). The Provider remains inside the office of Dirigo Counseling Clinic while you remain at a location of your choice. You can make arrangements for this means of receiving counseling services by talking it over with your Provider.

Once you decide to proceed with telehealth, here are the steps:

STEP ONE

The Provider will send you an email that contains a link. Click that link.

STEP TWO

You are now in the virtual “waiting room.” The Provider will then start the visit. Both you and the Provider should now have audio and visual contact with each other and the session can begin.
