Sleep Hygiene

Insomnia is the number one health problem among humans. It has many causes; resolving it can be a challenge and varies among us. Trying lots of experiments, as with most problems, is likely to lead to what works best for you. You can find lots of advice on how to secure good sleep hygiene. My only advice is, once again, try lots of tricks (and combinations of them) until you find routines that fosters good sleep for you. Lack of sleep has a rather long list of hazards.
