and keeps current in her profession with the latest research and interventions. She is currently a candidate forlicensure

Lil Williams Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselor (conditional); Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Licensed Professional Nurse Lil has a long career in the helping professions.
She formally practiced nursing in rural Maine; she was engaged in both patient care as well as staff development.
She now practices professional counseling with a particular interest inthe role that one’s spirituality plays in healing and wholeness.
Jill Peters Executive Administrator Jill is a talented Practice Manager, bringing skills to the agency since its inception
in 2004; she brings many years of managerial and executive experience which has

Karen Algee Office Supervisor Karen attends to
insurance billing and regulation as well as to auditing all records and chart in accordance with
quality assurance standards adopted by Dirigo Counseling Clinic. She has worked in this field

Jon Hamlin, LCSW, CCS Consulting Supervisor Mr.
Hamlin has been acting in the capacity of both administrative and consulting supervisor for agency interests since 2004.
He has worked closely with the agency director, Alan Algee, since that time. Mr. Hamlin brings
an entire career of experience and skills to the agency and endeavors to steer the agency in sound direction.
He currently serves as the owner of New Day Counseling in Caribou, ME. He is on call to serve as a consulting
supervisor as may be warranted in addition to regularly scheduled sessions for both accountablity and quality assurance.
Carol Witham Mental Health Rehabilitation
Techncian--Community Intergration Carol has a long career in what used to be called "Case Management" but
now known as Community Intergration Support. She is talented and professional in offering qualified clients to
realize safety in the communtiy and help lead to constructive and productive lives in spite of severe disabilities.
