Ron is a seasoned provider of
Community Integration Support for people who need help accessing resources in the community. His work offers people options
when they face homelessness, hospitalization, incarceration, and similar types of crisis.
Renee loves the practice of counseling and psychotherapy. She brings a rich
past of life experiences in the business world mixed with her most esteemed role of all, Parenting. She brings strong
values along with a vigorous work ethic to bring about healing and wholeness for those she is privileged to serve with her

Community Integration Support Specialist Frank has many years of experience working as a Community Intergration Support Specialist. He
is particulary known for his knowledge about resources that can help people avert hospitalization or incarceration.
He is both efficient and effective in attending to clients’ unique needs and compiling a constellation of support
s that help people achieve their goals.
Robert J. Kennedy
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; EMDR--Level II; DEEP
Robert brings 20 years of experience along with constant training to improve his clinical skills and effectiveness.
His professional credentials makes him a good fit for those with trauma, crisis, grief management, de-escalation, and re-bounding
from painful incidents in life. He ardently believes in prevention measures, family intervention, and ways to promote mental

Elmer Lommler, MD
Dr. Lommler comes to us with
a rich medical background. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. His wealth of
experience in family practice, inpatient and outpatient practice, medical research and publication, volunteer activities in
his community, and propensity to be a lifelong learner in his profession make him a delightful addition to our team.
In addition to overseeing the medical aspects of Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment at our agency, he will
also establish a private practice within the same facility as Dirigo Counseling Clinic. This means that
the continuum of coordinated care will achieve an impressive stature.
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Certified Clinical Supervisor; DEEP Provider;
Nearly 20 years' experience working with alcohol and other addictions, as well as working with family
members or affected others. Julie teaches skills for relapse prevention including skills for coping with anxiety triggers,
depression, feelings and loss.
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor--Conditional
Susan treats children and adults. She is trained in neurological testing and currently
is an instructor of counseling theories at the University of Maine. She develops innovative techniques for working with
children using projective methods and other strategies for understanding and helping her clients.
Kelly performed Community Integration Support
for her client for over 14 years. She has been in both private practice and employed in prominent agencies in our community. We
feel very fortunate to have a person who knows her profession so well and can attend to client care with such
a high degree of knowledge and experience.
Jill is a talented Practice Manager, bringing skills to the agency since its inception
in 2004; she brings many years of managerial and executive experience which lends
high quality in client care
Karen attends to
insurance billing and regulation. She also directs the agency's database, census, research, and reporting requirements. She has worked in this field since 2002.
Mr. Hamlin is a Licensed Clinical Social worker; he has been acting in the capacity
of both administrative and consulting supervisor for agency interests since 2004. He has worked closely with the agency
director, Alan Algee, since that time. Mr. Hamlin brings an entire career of experience and skills to the agency and
endeavors to steer the agency in sound direction. He currently serves as the owner of New Day Counseling in Caribou,
ME. He is on call to serve as a consulting supervisor as may be warranted in addition to regularly scheduled sessions
for both accountability
and quality assurance.
Terry has worked at administrative and data management levels at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She
now takes command of assuring that charts and clinical data at our agency are in top form. She performs
quality assurance functions and audits all departments at the agency for compliance with high standards set for us both externally

Steve helped develop several prominent mental health agencies in Maine and is an expert at compliance with
the many regulations that govern our field. He specializes in quality control matters. He brings years of experience in both
employee development and organizational development. Our practice feels very fortunate to have him aboard and the great contributions
makes which ultimately serve our community with the highest caliber of client/patient care.
