of counseling in Lincoln region for recovery from drug and alcohol abuse (and Affected Others) since 1995. Cathy engages
the client with a broad set of techniques, including humor and expressive techniques as well as the realities that arise
in one’s journey in recovery from addictions.

Elmer Lommler, MD Medical Director - Dr. Lommler comes to us with
a rich medical background. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. His wealth of
experience in family practice, inpatient and outpatient practice, medical research and publication, volunteer activities in
his community, and propensity to be a lifelong learner in his profession make him a delightful addition to our team.
In addition to overseeing the medical aspects of Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment at our agency, he will
also establish a private practice within the same facility as Dirigo Counseling Clinic. This means that
the continuum of coordinated care will achieve an impressive stature. - - -

 Susan Scott Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor--Conditional Susan treats children and adults. She is trained in neurological testing and currently
is an instructor of counseling theories at the University of Maine. She develops innovative techniques for working with
children using projective methods and other strategies for understanding and helping her clients.
Kelly Tripp MHRT-C Kelly performed Community Integration Support
for her client for over 14 years. She has been in both private practice and employed in prominent agencies in our community. We

Karen Algee Office Supervisor Karen attends to
insurance billing and regulation. She also directs the agency's database, census, research, and reporting requirements. She has worked in this field since 2002. You can contact Karen directly at algeeka@gmail.com  Jon Hamlin Consulting Supervisor Mr. Hamlin is a Licensed Clinical Social worker; he has been acting in the capacity of both administrative and consulting supervisor for agency interests since 2004. He has worked closely with the agency director, Alan Algee, since that time. Mr. Hamlin brings an entire career of experience and skills to the agency and endeavors to steer the agency in sound direction. He currently serves as the owner of New Day Counseling in Caribou, ME. He is on call to serve as a consulting supervisor as may be warranted in addition to regularly scheduled sessions for both accountability and quality assurance. - - -
Terry Washington Chart Specialist Terry has worked at administrative and data management levels at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She now takes command of assuring that charts and clinical data at our agency are in top form. She performs quality assurance functions and audits all departments at the agency for compliance with high standards set for us both externally and internally. - - - Stephen Storman Compliance Officer;
Chairman of the Board Steve helped develop several prominent mental health agencies in Maine and is an expert at compliance with the many regulations that govern our field. He specializes in quality control matters. He brings years of experience in both employee development and organizational development. Our practice feels very fortunate to have him aboard and the great contributions makes which ultimately serve our community with the highest caliber of client/patient care.
